This residential building is targeted to be finished this first quarter of 2018. It is located in a corner lot of a prime subdivision in Cabanatuan City. The shape and location of the lot was a challenge.

RENOVATION
This Bungalow residence is now far from being old and dilapidated. The goal for this structure was to solve the natural air circulation since it was built on a three side firewall. The solution was to place a service area that served as a shaft adjacent to the kitchen.
